Legendary Barcelona and Spain, midfield genius, Andres Iniesta has finally announced his retirement from football.
This is coming years after his sets or mates like Xavi and co all resign from the beautiful round leather game.
Iniesta who was still playing even while approaching 40 raised a lot of eyebrows amongst fans who did think that the Spaniard might be in a very huge debt that’s why he didn’t want to retire like his mates despite his numerous achievements in worldfootball.
In the course of Iniesta career which lasted for over 2 decades starting from Barcelona’s famous La Masia academy, he won 4 champions league and several La Liga titles with Barca.
He then went on to score the winning goal for Spain against Netherlands in the 2010 Fifa world cup in South Africa.
