Manchester United welcomed Tottenham Hotspur at the Old Trafford last sunday in a premier league clash that ended 3-0 in favour of the visitors.

The match was intense, and controversial as Man UTD fans continue to wallow in unhappiness watching their favourite side play.

The highlight of the match was when Bruno Fernandes fouled James Madison in the 42nd minute which resulted in a straight red card for the Man UTD captain who has never received a red since arriving Old Trafford from Sporting CP.

Bruno Fernandes didn’t waste time to come out to rant on social media that he agreed that he fouled Madison but that doesn’t call for a red card but at most, a yellow.

In this vein, the club, Manchester United has gone to appeal the straight red card which was meant to make Bruno Fernandes miss 3 premier league fixtures for United. Now, he isn’t going to miss any match for United due to red card because it has been lifted.
