Alphonso Davies who is a Bayern Munich defender was caught drunk and driving which is an offense. The German police caught the player and took him for a breathalyzer test which failed. The offense of the player has made the German police impose a fine on him and a possible driving ban which is still in considerations.
Alphonso Davies was caught by the German police while he was driving at 2am in the morning of Friday in his Lamborghini Urus which is estimated to be worth €220k. The German suspect that the player has drank alcohol before getting behind the wheels to drive. After suspecting the player of getting drunk before driving, the German police took the player for a breathalyzer test and the players is said to have a blood alcohol level of 0.6 per mile which is not an offence in Germany. The blood alcohol level was regarded as an administrative one and not a criminal offence.
After thorough test and consideration, the German police gave the defender a one month driving ban and to pay a fine of €500 which is equivalent to £417 or 530 in the United States dollar. The incident has put the player in a tough condition of not handling any automobiles with the space of one month. After a month, the player can now start operating a vehicle and would be required not to be caught driving while drunk.
The incident comes before the Bayern Munich team faces the Dortmund in the Bundesliga league competition. It was reported that the full back did training with the Bayern Squad and he will likely travel with the team to play the next match. There is a major concerns from the fans maybe the fullback would be able to play with his teammates, but training with his squad suggest that the head coach, Vincent Kompany won’t neglect and bench the defender.

The arrest was made in the Munich city 3 days after the Bayern team achieved a win against the Paris Saint German with a 1-0 lead in the champions league game competition. The player was included in the lineup against Paris Saint German and it was suggested that the Canadian went to the club to party and enjoy himself because he is going back to his residence at the middle of the night.
