Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface is back in form after fans claimed he flopped during the international break with the Nigerian national team.
The 23-year-old forward, who was on fire in Bayern Leverkusen’s unbeaten run last season, didn’t perform up to expectations while on international duty, which caused fans to think that he had lost his form.
However, he has now replied to critics with his superb performance in today’s Bundesliga clash against Hoffenheim. He scored a brace and got an assist. His side eventually won the match by four goals to one.
This is the striker’s first two goals of the new Bundesliga season for Bayer Leverkusen.
